All services provided by ShopStarter.in, including website design, development, and digital setup are custom and service-based, not product-based.
Every project involves time, effort, and technical expertise, so refunds are limited to specific situations mentioned below.


2. Project Initiation

  • A non-refundable advance payment (usually 50%) is required to begin any project.

  • Once design or development work has started, the advance is not refundable under any circumstances.


3. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing or consultation charges).

  • After work has begun, the amount paid will be forfeited to cover time and resources already invested.

  • If you fail to provide content, feedback, or approvals on time, and the project is delayed beyond 30 days, it may be considered cancelled by the client without a refund.


4. Cancellation by ShopStarter.in

In rare cases, ShopStarter.in may cancel a project due to unforeseen technical, business, or operational issues.
If this happens, you will receive a full or proportional refund for the part of the project not completed.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds, when applicable, will:

  • Be processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Exclude any transaction or gateway fees charged by third parties


6. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You change your mind after project initiation

  • You fail to provide the required content or details on time

  • The project delay is caused by your inaction or communication gaps

  • You request additional features or design changes outside the agreed scope

  • You decide to discontinue service midway through development


7. Monthly Maintenance or Subscription Services

For monthly or annual maintenance plans, cancellations can be requested anytime before the next billing cycle.
Payments already made for ongoing or completed months are non-refundable.
