2. Services

We provide a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • WordPress and WooCommerce setup

  • eCommerce customization

  • Website speed optimisation and SEO setup

  • Website maintenance and support

All services are subject to a written or digital agreement between ShopStarter.in and the client before project commencement.

3. Payments

  • All project prices and service fees are communicated clearly before the start of work.

  • A minimum advance (usually 50%) is required to begin any project.

  • Remaining payments must be made before the website handover or as per the mutually agreed timeline.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where ShopStarter.in is unable to deliver the agreed service.

4. Project Timelines

We aim to deliver projects within the agreed time frame. However, delivery times may vary depending on client communication, approvals, or technical requirements. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission or feedback) are not the responsibility of ShopStarter.in.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate business information and content (text, images, logos, etc.)

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • Access credentials when required (hosting, domain, etc.)

ShopStarter.in will not be liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client information.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, templates, and source files remain the property of ShopStarter.in until full payment is received.

  • After final payment, ownership of the completed website (excluding licensed or third-party components) transfers to the client.

  • ShopStarter.in reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a limited number of design revisions as specified in the package or proposal. Additional revisions or feature requests may incur extra costs.

8. Website Hosting and Maintenance

Unless explicitly included in your plan, hosting and maintenance services are not part of standard website design packages. Clients are responsible for domain and hosting renewals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShopStarter.in will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business due to website downtime, third-party plugin conflicts, or hosting issues.

  • Any misuse, hacking, or data loss occurring after project handover.
    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, or themes to complete your project. These are subject to the respective vendor’s terms and licenses. We are not responsible for updates, renewals, or issues arising from third-party providers.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Once a project has started and work has been initiated, refunds will not be issued.
If a client cancels a project before completion, all work done up to that point remains the property of ShopStarter.in, and the advance payment will be forfeited.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

ShopStarter.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date.
